Privacy Policy
Effective October 15, 2026. This policy explains how Theragon Physical Therapy, PC, doing business as Physigon (“Physigon,” “we,” “us”), handles information when you visit physigon.com (the “Site”). The Site is informational: it has no user accounts, forms, online payments, analytics or advertising tools.
1. Who we are
Physigon is a physical therapy and performance practice operated by Theragon Physical Therapy, PC, 521 5th Avenue, 17th Floor, New York, NY 10175, United States. Questions about this policy go to Theragonpt@gmail.com.
2. Information we collect
- Server logs. When you load the Site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages requested, and the date and time. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.
- Information you send us. If you email or call us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, contact details and your message.
- What we do not collect. The Site has no accounts, forms, online payments, analytics or advertising tools. We do not knowingly collect payment card numbers, Social Security numbers or health information through the Site.
3. How we use information
We use information to run and secure the Site, respond to your messages, discuss services you ask about, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
4. Who we share it with
- Hosting provider. The Site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., which processes server log data on our behalf under its own privacy policy.
- Legal and safety. We may disclose information if required by law, subpoena or court order, or to protect rights, safety or property.
- Business transfer. If the practice is sold or merged, information may transfer to the successor, subject to this policy and to the record-keeping rules that apply to licensed providers.
We do not share your information with anyone else. The Site is operated from New York, NY and hosted in the United States, so any information is processed in the United States.
5. Cookies and tracking
As of the effective date, the Site does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising tools, or track you across other websites. Because the Site does not track visitors, it has nothing to change in response to Do Not Track signals. If we add analytics or cookies later, we will update this policy first.
6. Health information
The Site is not designed to receive health information. Please do not send medical details, symptoms or records through the Site or by unencrypted email or text. Information you share as a patient during care is handled under separate patient documents and the professional confidentiality rules that apply to licensed physical therapists in New York, not under this policy.
7. Security and breach notice
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards for the information we hold, and our hosting provider serves the Site over HTTPS. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If a security incident affects your personal information, we will notify you and any required authorities as New York law, including the SHIELD Act, requires.
8. Retention
We keep emails and other messages only as long as needed to respond and to meet legal and record-keeping duties, then delete them. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider under its own policies.
9. Your choices and requests
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing Theragonpt@gmail.com. We honor these requests for all visitors, generally within 45 days, except where the law requires us to keep a record. If you live in California or another state with a privacy law, you may have additional rights, and we will honor them as the law requires.
We do not currently send marketing emails or text messages. If we start, we will get your consent first and include a way to opt out in every message.
10. Children
The Site is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Links to other sites
The Site may link to third-party sites that have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed, and we will post material changes on the Site before they take effect.
