Effective October 15, 2026. These terms govern your use of physigon.com (the “Site”), operated by Theragon Physical Therapy, PC, doing business as Physigon (“Physigon,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. About the Site

The Site provides general information about Physigon’s physical therapy and performance services. It is not a way to book, pay for or receive care. The Site is operated from New York, NY, United States, and hosted in the United States.

2. Not medical advice

Content on the Site is for general information only. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it does not replace an in-person evaluation by a licensed provider. Do not delay or ignore professional care because of something you read here.

3. No patient relationship

Using the Site, or emailing or calling us, does not create a physical therapist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when we accept you for care and you sign our patient agreement and consent documents, which control over these terms for any services we provide.

4. Emergencies

If you think you are having a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not use the Site or email to reach us in an emergency.

5. Intellectual property

The Site’s text, images, logos and design belong to Physigon or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and share the Site’s pages for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify or reuse the content, or use the Physigon name or logo, without our written permission. The Physigon name and logo are trademarks of Theragon Physical Therapy, PC. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email Theragonpt@gmail.com.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site unlawfully or to harm others;
• attempt to disrupt, probe or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its hosting systems;
• scrape the Site with automated tools beyond normal search-engine indexing;
• misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with Physigon.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to other websites we do not control. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Credentials, testimonials and results

Descriptions of our team’s experience and past work with athletes are provided for general information. Individual outcomes vary, and nothing on the Site guarantees a particular result.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, and uninterrupted or error-free operation. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Site or following its content.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Physigon and its owners, clinicians and staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Site is limited to $100. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or professional services we provide to patients. This limit applies to the Site only.

11. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

12. Accessibility

We want the Site to work for everyone. If you have trouble using any part of it, contact us at Theragonpt@gmail.com and we will work with you to provide the information another way.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed, and continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept them. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and Physigon about the Site, and our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it.
